INDEMNITY

The Commonage, its owners and its employees shall not be held liable for any loss of, damage to or theft of property or any injury of any kind to guests due to the negligence or otherwise of The Commonage staff, its owners or any other parties. The Commonage shall not be held responsible for any interruption of services beyond our control such as electricity or water supply. 

 

DEPOSIT

Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of the Proof of Payment of the Deposit.
The Deposit will be for 100% of the total accommodation costs.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

·       Up to 14 Days before the date of the arrival, cancellation is free of charge

·       14 Days or less before the date of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee (of the total booking value) will apply

·       7 Days or less before the date of arrival: No Refund.

 

ROOM ACCOUNTS

Any extras onto your account, must be settled in full before you depart.

 

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check in time is at 1 pm (if you do plan on arriving earlier, do let us know so that we can plan to have your room ready on time)
Check-Out time is 10:00am.

  

DAMAGES

Any damages or breakages to The Commonage Property, or its contents will be for the relevant guest’s account.

 

FOREIGN DRINKS 
We do not allow the consumption of foreign drinks at our public service places.

 

Please note that the payment of a deposit constitutes an agreement to all the Terms and Conditions as stipulated above.
